Aram,
Just saw your piece on MSNBC implying that Chalabi made up Saddam’s hijacking school.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24030642/
I am going to assume that you have no intention of look at the other side of that argument but Saddam was welcoming in Saudi and Yemeni men in 2000 and 2001 who had hijacked airplanes from their native countries, had Jordanian and Iraqi air force generals volunteer for suicide missions involving flying planes into U.S. targets (based on recent recovered Iraqi documents confirmed by IDA) and just happened to have a passenger plan in a terrorist training camp at a time when he was harboring and training thousands of jihadist terrorists. He was also harboring Palestinian terrorists who had previously hijacked airplanes.
You add all this up and none of it comes from Chalabi and none of it means that he was behind 9-11 but it does mean that as early as 1990 Saddam was secretly discussing the use of aircraft in suicide attacks against the U.S. and U.K.
It’s a shame none of this fits into those who oppose the war first, and analyze data on Saddam second.
